How to make Makhana kheer

Step-1

Roast makhana without ghee till it become crunchy

Step-2

Now remove them in a plate n keep aside

Step-3

Heat the milk in thick bottom sauce pan

Step-4

Stir at intervals so milk doesn’t scorch d bottom

Step-5

Let d milk come to boil

Step-6

Add cardamom n Saffron strands

Step-7

Now add roasted makhana n stir it well

Step-8

Cook for few minutes on low flame

Step-9

Serve makhana kheer hot or chilled
