How to make Macros vala Halwa


Put a pan on a gas at low flame for 2 mins. Add ghee than add fennel seeds, cloves, ginger powder all together. After this add grated bottle gourd , keep it mixing till its color changes to light brown , now add rice & soya chunks powder with black pepper powder. Mix it well , add water 2 cups of water. Cover the top of a cooker & keep it on flame till 2 whistles. Turn off the gas & keep it for 5 mins. Now open the cover & serve. Enjoy.
