Ingredients for Macroni with broccoli, bell peppers.
- › Durum wheat Macroni/ pasta of your choice : 40gms
- › Broccoli florets : 50gms
- › Ghee : 5gms
- › Small onion
- › Green Bell pepper : 20gms
- › A small Tomato puréed
- › Oregano & chilli flakes
Method
1. Boil macroni and broccoli florets together.
2. Strain when pasta is al dente
3. In a pan, add ghee, sauté chopped onions and chopped bell peppers on high heat for 2 minutes
4. Add puréed tomato.
5. Add salt to taste
6. Mix macroni and broccoli florets with it.
7. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
