Ingredients for Lunch chicken , veggies and lentils
- › Rice 35
- › chicken breast 120 gm
- › Asparagus 6 spears
- › brocolli 30 gm
- › Brussel sprouts 20 gm
Method
1. Bake you chicken and veggies together at 475 for 15 min, pressure cook your lentils and rice. In lentils you can add your veggies if you want i have added some zucchini to it.
