How to make Low fat curd
Step-1
To make {span class="bold1"}low fat curds{/span}, heat the milk in a deep non-stick pan on a medium flame for 6 to 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Allow it to cool slightly.
Step-2
Add the curd in a bowl and spread it evenly with the help of a spoon.
Step-3
Pour the luke warm milk over it and mix it very well using a whisk or a spoon.
Step-4
Cover with a lid and keep in a warm place for atleast 6 to 8 hours.
Step-5
Refrigerate the {span class="bold1"}low fat curds{/span} for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.
