How to make Low carb piri piri ‘rice’

Step-1

1. Add half the oil to heated pan

Step-2

2. Fry the chicken pieces with salt and remove once done

Step-3

3. Shallow fry onion in rest of the oil. Add the cauliflower and broccoli ‘rice’

Step-4

4. Add salt and cover till the veggies are almost cooked

Step-5

5. Add the fried chicken

Step-6

6. Sprinkle garlic powder, piri piri seasoning, salt and pepper

Step-7

7. Garnish with coriander leaves
