  • Recipe Ingredients listBroccoli 100g ground to coarse powder in a grinder or food processor
  • Recipe Ingredients listCauliflower 100g ground to coarse powder in a grinder or food processor
  • Recipe Ingredients listChicken breast 150g cut into small pieces
  • Recipe Ingredients listOnion 50g
  • Recipe Ingredients listPiri piri seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listOlive oil 10g

Direction

Step-1

1. Add half the oil to heated pan

Step-2

2. Fry the chicken pieces with salt and remove once done

Step-3

3. Shallow fry onion in rest of the oil. Add the cauliflower and broccoli ‘rice’

Step-4

4. Add salt and cover till the veggies are almost cooked

Step-5

5. Add the fried chicken

6. Sprinkle garlic powder, piri piri seasoning, salt and pepper

7. Garnish with coriander leaves
