low carb- low calorie lunch thali
- Chicken breast - 150 gm
- Button mushrooms - 100 gm
- Broccoli - 100 gm
- Cucumber - 100 gm
- Lettuce - 3 leaves
- Cherry tomato - 3
- Extra virgin olive oil - 5 ml
- Salt, pepper, chilli flakes - as required
- Turmeric powder- a pinch
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Chicken tikka masala - 1 tsp
- Yogurt - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice- 1/2 tsp
Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Marinate with salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, chicken tikka masala and yogurt. Add few drops of oil and mix well. Keep aside atleast for 10 minutes. Airfry at 200 deg for 8 minutes or till cooked well.
Slice mushrooms thinly. Heat rest of the oil and add mushrooms once hot. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Saute till cooked well.
Boil water in a small pot. Cut broccoli into florets. Add the broccoli pieces into the boiling water and boil till it is cooked well (Around 5 mins). Drain the water and season with salt, pepper and a bit of lemon juice.
Cut cucumber, cherry tomato and lettuce. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy!
