Ingredients for Low Carb , High Protein Cupcake
- › 1. 1 scoop whey protein (25 to 30gm) 2. 1/2 tbsp baking power 3. 1/2 tbsp coffee for taste 4. 100 ml milk
1. To bake this quick low carb, high protein cupcake- 1. Take 1 scoop (25-30 gms) of whey protein. I used whey concentrate , chocolate Peanut butter flavour 2. Add 1/2 tbsp of baking powder and 1/2 tbsp coffee for taste in the bowl 3. Add milk to the mixture. I used 90 ml milk. Mix it properly for 2-3 mins and keep it in the microwave for 30 seconds. That’s it! Now take that hot and high protein cupcake of yours and realish it!🤩
