How to make Keto cheesy garlic bread
Step-1
The recipe is for 2people, calculate portion size based on your required calories.
Mix 60g mozzerela, 55g almond flour, tea spoon of baking powder, 20g cream, 15g garlic cheese
Step-2
Heat for 1-1.5min in over, so that cheese melts and batter thickens
Step-3
Add herbs (chives, basil, mixed herbs, oregano etc-) based on your taste
Step-4
Add 2eggs and mix well
Step-5
Spread it over a parchment paper in microwave plate in a shape of your liking
Step-6
In separate pan/pot melt 35g butter
Step-7
Add chopped basil, chives, herbs
Step-8
Add garlic granules by taste
Step-9
Add 15-20g parmesan cheese and mix well
Step-10
Spread this new butter paste over the previous batter
Step-11
Bake for 15-20min
