How to make Low Carb Anda Tawa
Step-1
-Make Magic Masala 1tbsp( Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Chaat Masala, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Powder, Table Salt). Mix all well in a container.
Step-2
-Saute onion in butter & oil till they turn slightly golden brown. Add tomato & ginger garlic paste to it. Mix well.
Step-3
-Then add sweet corn, Capsicum, coriander leaves to it.
-Add above-prepared masala to it.
- Add a glass of water & cook it well for 15 mins.
Step-4
- Just add eggs on top of it don't mix it with the curry.
- Once the yolk of the egg is cooked. Grate cheese on top of it.
-Anda Tawa is ready to serve.
