- Loki 200gm
- Desi ghee 3gm
- Whey scoop 1
- Toned milk 200ml
- Sugar free as per taste
Do complete process in low flame. Pour 3gm ghee in nonstip pan
Add fined choped loki and stir it well
Add milk and whey scoop in it and stir it well till become it becomes bit thick
Add grated coconut and ilayachi powder
Add sugar free as per taste .Stir it properly and close the lid.
Serve it in plate in a shape it in rectangle form and let it cool down in fridege
Cut it in barfi shape and put almond on the top pf each barfi.
