Take overnight soaked lobia and wash it properly.
Grind it into a thick batter.
Transfer the batter into a bowl. Add salt and little water to make a batter of runny consistency.
Now heat a griddle on medium flame and wipe it with some oil.
Pour some batter over the griddle and spread it in a circular motion.
Sprinkle or brush it with some oil and cook it until the edges start leaving the griddle.
Cook this until it becomes golden brown.
