How to make Loaded Mac and Cheese

Step-1

add butter in a pan let it melt and add finely chopped garlic

Step-2

Add onion and sauté well

Step-3

Add chilli flakes and sauté until aromatic

Step-4

Add veggies and a little water with salt and let it cook for about 5 mins

Step-5

Then add the Mac and add 1 cup water to let it cook

Step-6

Mac has to cook only 50%

Step-7

Then add the mixed herbs and milk and bring it To boil

Step-8

Add 100gms of cheese and let it thicken

Step-9

Once thickened and cooked transfer to a ceramic bowl and bake it in the oven for 10mins at 190
