How to make Lettuce Wraps
Step-1
Filling
Take the oil in a pan. Sauté onion, tomato, garlic ginger paste and green chillies. Add the capsicum, crumbled paneer and salt and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add green coriander and seasoning.
Step-2
Wash and pat dry 3-4 fresh lettuce leaves. Place filling in centre and serve open. Or you can roll the leaves and cut into pieces.
Step-3
Serve hot on a platter.
