1 Soak the lettuce in ice water before preparing so that it remains crunchy.
2 . Mash potatoes : take boiled potatoes add cheese ,salt and pepper .
3 Veggies topping : take Finely chopped mashrooms,onions and boiled soyachunks sautè in non stick frying pan add salt pepper and lemon juice.
4 Make a wrap using the mash potatoes and veggies
