Ingredients for Lentils Salad 🥗
- › 50 g mixed lentils ( I used moth and whole moong)
- › Chopped vegetables( your choice )
- › chaat masala
- › Lemon juice
- › Salt
- › Black pepper freshly grounded
Method
1. Soak lentil for 30 mins
2. Pressure cook it with whole spices , turmeric , salt , Badi elaichi for 3-5 whistle or until it’s done .
3. Let it cool down and strain the water.
4. Now add chopped veggies, lentils , chaat masala , lemon juice , salt , spices.
5. Snack is ready.
