Soak in lentil fr - hrs and blend with water in pouring consistency. / make pancakes on non stick tawa without oil. Ensure u cook nicely in both sides . Toppings of your choice st - onion and tomatoes sautéed and designed with oregano and chilly flakes n salt nd carrot nd basil leaves , chopped / shredded You can season with salt pepper rd hung curd dip - add olives, red pepper to hung curd. Or Greek yogurt . Season with hot oil and spices such as salt chilly powder . th pudhina green chutney On the pancake make a small slit and on each quarter add one topping . Fold it in a wrap and njoy this yummy wholesome meal hot .
