How to make lentil noodle Frankie
Step-1
Start with noodles take a bowl and boil water in it and add noodles and cook until well cooked
Step-2
heat some oil in a pan and add the chopped ginger garlic and sauté it
Step-3
Now add vegetables keep some onion slices and lettuce for arranging Frankie
Step-4
When the vegetables are well cooked add some salt, soya sauce, Szechuan sauce and saute

Now add noodles to it and sauté well
Step-6
Now take a plate and keep the roti flat on the plate and arrange everything starting with chopped lettuce next onion on it and noodles up on it and then add yogurt mix upon it and some ketchup and roll repeat the same to make one more Frankie

For yogurt mix take yogurt into a bowl add a pinch of salt and a pinch of Chat masala and mix well... it tastes really delicious
