- Red lentil soaked and boiled tender- el dente
- 1 sheet lasagna 25gm
- 50ml coconut milk
- 5 ml oil
- herbs,salt,blackpepper, tomato puree
- Onion chopped,lemon juice,garlic minced
Take a heavy pan add oil + onion, minced garlic let it saute.
Add tomato puree+ salt,blackpepper,paprika,let it cook for 3 min then add 250ml water .
once the water comes to boil add lasagna sheet broken into medium to small pieces and cook for 8min till tender.
Add the boiled lentile and coconut milk cook for another 5min
Garnish with herbs.
