- › Salt and pepper and garlic

1. Season fish with garlic, lemon and S&P.
2. Place in a large pan over medium heat pout oil and place a fish
3. Add in mushrooms and sauté softly for a while
4. Cover and cook 15 min, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
