How to make lemon pepper chicken

Step-1

Take bowl and cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Add black pepper powder,garlic powder,red chili powder,salt to taste and lemon juice to the chicken cubes and mix it well. Take a nonstick pan, heat it and place the chicken cube. Cook the chicken cubes on medium flame for 5 mins and cover the pan with a lid on top. While cooking the chicken will leave some water from it so no need to add any extra water. After 5 minutes open the lid and stir the chicken breast cubes and check if it is already done. Dry-out the remaining water from the chicken. If done serve hot. You can garnish with some chopped cilantro, black pepper powder and some chaat masala powder. You can use any topping to enhance taste according to your choice.
