Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listchicken breast 100gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listpeeled potato 80 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listfresh lemon juice (as per taste, i added 1 medium)
  • Recipe Ingredients listmint
  • Recipe Ingredients listsalt, kitchen king, black pepper, garam masala
  • Recipe Ingredients listolive oil 3 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listgarlic 2 cloves

Direction

Step-1

cut the chicken and potatoes in pieces

Step-2

mix all the ingredients in an oven safe dish

Step-3

you can marinate overnight. I cooked right away

Step-4

pre heat the oven on 200 C for 10 mins

Step-5

put the tray in the oven for 35 mins

Step-6

mix 2 times in between so that the lemon juice is absorbed evenly

Step-7

after 35 mins, increase the temprature to 250 C and keep for another 10 mins

Step-8

cooking time may vary for everyone depending on the size of chicken and potatoes

Step-9

mix well again and serve warm
