How to make Lemon Curd chicken

Step-1

Cut onion into big square pieces, chop garlic, slit green chilli. Put it into a pressure cooker

Step-2

Add the chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces, curd, salt, pepper to the cooker. Leave it covered for 15 mins

Step-3

Add 10-20 ml water based on how soupy you want it. close the cooker and cook for 2 whistles.

Step-4

Once the pressure comes down, add a few drops of lemon juice and serve or eat
