How to make Lehsuni -Paneer
Step-1
Thaw paneer and keep it aside
Step-2
Grate onion , Tomato , Ginger separately.
Step-3
Chop capsicum , onion , tomato. Peel Garlic ( I used whole ) .
Step-4
In a heated pan , add ghee , put whole spices , Grated onion , Grated ginger sauté till golden brown.
Step-5
Add Whole Garlic, Chopped Capsicum , onion, tomato.
Step-6
Mix it well , now add grated tomato. And cook it for 3-5 mins.
Step-7
Add Paneer , spices , salt , paneer masala , milk . Mix it well.
Step-8
Now cover the lid , and cook it well for 3-5 mins .
Step-9
Lehsuni Paneer is ready.
Step-10
Serve it with rice of your choice.
