Ingredients for Leafy Salad
- › Asparagus 1 Cup
- › Chopped Carrots 1/2 Cup
- › Chopped Red Cabbage 1/2 Cup
- › Chopped Green Cabbage 1/2 Cup
- › Beans 1 Cup
- › Chilli 2 PCs
- › Boiled Sweet Corn 1 Cup
- › Chopped Capsicum 1/2 Cup
Method
1. Put two TS of Olive Oil or Corn Oil in Pan on low temperature of stove & Mix all the chopped Vegetables in the Pan. Mix it well. Add Pinch of salt for taste & black pepper powder, Chaat masala (Optional). Mix it on stove for 2-3 minutes & serve. Enjoy
