How to make Lauki Chana Daal
Step-1
Soak Chana daal for 15 mins
Step-2
Steam chopped bottle gourd and lentils - you can use pressure cooker
Step-3
Heat oil in pan, add chopped onions, tomatos, garlic and ginger
Step-4
fry till onions are golden brown. Add all masalas and salt to taste and fry for a minute
Step-5
Add boil lentils and lauki, mix and cook for 2 mins. It is ready to be served.
