lauki / bottle gourd 150 to 200gm oil 5gm half onion finely chopped half tomato finely chopped 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste 1/4 tsp each of garam masala, jeera powder salt to taste optional 5gm peanut powder( if it fits in macros)
in a pressure cooker, add oil, saute onions till light brown
add ginger garlic paste, cook for few minutes, add water if it's sticking to the cooker bottom
add tomatoes and salt and cook for few minutes
add all the spices, mix well
add peeled and chopped lauki, mix well
add half cup water, mix and close the cooker lid.
cook for just whistle, switch off the gas.
after the pressure releases, mix the curry well, add diced paneer pieces, chopped coriander , peanut powder ( optional) .
best eaten piping hot with rotis.
