Ingredients for lasuni Soya Palak
- › soyachunks 60 gram onion 100gram tomato 60gram Palak cinnamon cardamom bay leaf Cloves black pepper ghee 12 gram
Method
1. Take palak boil it and make puree it
2. take a pan add 12gm ghee
3. add specified khada masala
4. add onion
5. add Turmeric Powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, Jira powder
6. add tomatoes
7. add palak puree
8. lastly add boiled soya chunks
9. serve with Roti or rice
