How to make Kung Pao Chicken
Step-1
Heal oil in the pan,
Step-2
Add minced garlic few sec them add ginger garlic paste
Step-3
Add chilli powder and saute for 30 sec
Step-4
Add boneless chicken and saute for two min
Step-5
Add veggies and saute for 4 min
Step-6
Add hot garlic sauce, vinegar and soya sauce
Step-7
Add dry chillies and salt
Step-8
Once the chicken and veggies are semi cooked then Switch off the gas and garnish with roasted peanuts , sesame seeds and basil leaves
Step-9
Your Kung Pao Chicken is ready to eat..Enjoy it with white rice.
