- 1 piece Kulcha as a base
- 10 grams homemade Tomato and basil sauce
- 20 grams Mozzarella cheese
- Oregano seasoning
- Salt as per taste
Take a kulcha base. Roast it on non stick heated pan.
In a heated pan add 5 grams butter and roast it from both sides.
Now apply tomato basil sauce (homemade) on it.
Spread mozzarella cheese on it.
Keep it in the pre heated microwave.
Microwave it until it’s done.
