  • Recipe Ingredients listPrawns-100 g ( cleaned , remove thread, marinated with ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric,chilli powder& 1 tsp lemon juice, dhania powder)
  • Recipe Ingredients listbottle gaurd 100 g ( optional)
  • Recipe Ingredients listonion 50 g ( optional)
  • Recipe Ingredients listRaw rice 50 g
  • Recipe Ingredients listWhole spices- bay leaves 2-3,star anise-1,black pepper5-6,cinnamon-1-2,cloves2-3
  • Recipe Ingredients listShredded coconut - 1 g ( 1 pinch )& Chopped corriander (for decoration)

Direction

Step-1

Wash & drain rice

Step-2

In a pressure pan brush ghee & add whole spices , add rice & stir for 2-3 mins Remove & keep aside

Step-3

Now heat remaining ghee ,add onion , stir till it is golden & transparent

Step-4

add turmeric ,ginger garlic paste ,finely chopped lauki , salt, stir , now add prawns , keep stirring for 2-3 mins

Step-5

Add double amount of water (rice : water 1:2) When the water boils add rice & pressure cook

Step-6

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves ,& a pinch of shredded coconut Enjoy!!!!!!
