How to make Koki
Step-1
In wheat flour put salt... Add 4 gm of ghee.. Mix well.. Add chopped onion, coriander nd mint leaves.. Kned the dough with blanched nd drained spinach... Flatten it with rolling pin.. Thickness is gonna be little more than chapati... Cook it on low flame.. Put remaining ghee.. Nd it's done
