How to make Kidney Beans Rolls
Step-1
Boil overnight soaked kidney beans with salt for about 10-15 min
Step-2
Knead the flour and make 2 chapatis out of it
Step-3
In a pan heat oil and add chopped garlic, green chilli & onion. Cook it for a min and add tomato purée to it. Let it cook for 2-4 min
Step-4
Add boiled kidney beans, salt, black pepper and little bit of pizza mix herbs. Let it cook for another 2-3 min. Mash the beans a little and let it cook until excess water is evaporated
Step-5
Add handful of chopped coriander leaves
Step-6
Stuff the chapatis with the above mix and vegetables of your choice. I had only Carrot and onion, but we can use lettuce, sprouts etc.
