*Ingredients are approximated as per 1 piece (burfi) of 30 gms. 1) Milk (50 ml) 2) Whey (kulfi flavour/ Vanilla flavour) (5 gms), you can also use sweeteners 3) Grated coconut (10 gms) 4) Mix nuts (1 gms) 5) cardamom powder
) Take milk in a pan and boil till it reduces to half. ) Add grated coconut to it while heating at high flame till it becomes a thick paste. ) Keep stearing so that it doesn't stick to pan. ) Take whey powder in a cup and add some milk to it to make a thin paste. ) Add the paste to the thickened paste ) Add chopper nuts and cardamom powder and mix well. ) Butter a plate, pour the mixture into it, spread well and put in the fridge to set. ) Cut in equal pieces and enjoy the Burfi.
