Poha - 40 Grams
Onion - 20 Grams
Green chilli - 2
Lemon - 1/2
Stevia - 1 drop
Spices - Cumin, Salt, Turmeric
Refined - 4 Grams
Kadi patta - 4-5
Direction
Step-1
Rinse poha and strain the water. Make sure to do not soak it for long otherwise it will be mushy.
Step-2
In a pan add refined, once the oil is heated add cumin.
Step-3
Now add kadi patta let it crackel. Add onion and cook it a bit. Not too much let it be little crunchy.
Step-4
Now add green chilli, salt, turmeric, lemon, a drop of stevia and poha.
Step-5
Mix it really well and switch off the flame.
Step-6
Cover it for 5 mins to get soft poha.
Step-7
Enjoy😋 as is or you can add fried peanuts and bhujia if your macro allows.
