Besan - 30 Grams
Curd Generic - 30
refined - 4 Grams
Mustard Seeds - 1 Gram
Sesame Seeds - 1 Gram
Green chilli - 2
Curry Leaves
Spices - Turmeric, Salt

Step-1
Add curd and besan and whip it till no lumps.
Step-2
Add 60 Grams of water, salt, pinch of turmeric and ginger garlic paste.
Step-3
Sieve it so that no lumps remain in the batter.
Step-4
In a pan add this batter and stir it continuosly while heating on low flame. Cook it until it is slightly thick and cooked. Generally done in 8-10 mins.
Step-5
Switch off the flame and spread the batter on a oil greased plate. Make sure the spread is thin.
Step-6
Let it cool for 10-15 mins. Now cut it in small strips and roll it.
Step-7
In a pan add oil, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and let it splutter.

Add cut green chilli and curry leaves.

Add this tadka over rolled up khandvi and Enjoy 😋

Note: You can stuff Jhanvi with coconut if your macro allows.
