For sour doughy Knead wheat flour,yeast,salt with warm water and let it rest Till the time dough rises Prepare other two dishes
Chole masala Boil chole & take a wok,add boiled chole,place a layer of sliced onion ,add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric,anardana powder,black cardamom,cloves,jeera and pour hot oil over and cover with lid Cook at sim flame with in between Turning Once oil separates,add chole masala or garam masala and mix well Garnish with green coriander & chilli
Dahi aloo Heat oil,add Ajwain jeera,aloo and mix Add salt,red chilli powder turmeric and mix well Cook at low flame Once oil separates Add curd and mix well Add garam masala and water as per gravy requirements Boil at high and done Garnish with green coriander & chilli
