- for Batter 1 cup gram flour 1 spoon semolina 1/4 cup yoghurt crushed green chillies ginger salt Eno lemon juice water oil for greasing
- for Tempering 2 spoon oil asafoetida sesame seeds cumin seeds green chillies length wise slit sugar water curry leaves mustard seeds grated coconut
Add all the ingredients for batter making. now grease a pan and pour all batter. In microwave place the pan and set a temperature for 3 minutes. now check with toothpick for complete baking. now remove from microwave and keep aside for cool down. for Tempering in pan add oil. put mustard seeds and asofoetida . as splitter Start add curry leaves cumin seeds add chilli,sugar,water now add this over the top of dhokla. serve it...
