Ingredients for Keto Palak Paneer Bhurji
- › paneer
- › palak
- › mozzarella cheese
- › desi ghee
- › onion
1. Take 1tbsp desi ghee, roast a pinch of heeng, 1tsp Jeera.
2. Sauté half an onion, around 30gm
3. To this, add Palak around 150 gm. Add salt to taste and let the palak cook for 5-7minutes on low flame.
4. Add 150gm of Paneer, adjust the salt. Add black pepper, garam masala and let the mixture cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Top it with 20gm of grated Mozzarella cheese, close the lid and switch of the flame. Let the cheese melt with heat. Enjoy!!!!
