How to make Keto Palak Paneer Bhurji
Step-1
Take 1tbsp desi ghee, roast a pinch of heeng, 1tsp Jeera.
Step-2
Sauté half an onion, around 30gm
Step-3
To this, add Palak around 150 gm. Add salt to taste and let the palak cook for 5-7minutes on low flame.
Step-4
Add 150gm of Paneer, adjust the salt. Add black pepper, garam masala and let the mixture cook for another 5 minutes.
Step-5
Top it with 20gm of grated Mozzarella cheese, close the lid and switch of the flame. Let the cheese melt with heat. Enjoy!!!!
