Ingredients for Keto Dosa
- › Paneer 125 grams
- › Hung curd 20 grams
- › Salt
- › Veggies of your choice 100 grams
- › isabgol 1 tsp
Method
1. Grind Paneer and Hung curd
2. add water to make it batter like consistency
3. add salt and veggies of your choice
4. add isabgol purely for binding so that the dosa doesn't break
5. heat the tawa ,once heated on medium flame pour the batter cover the tawa with a glass lid since the batter will splutter you will see the base becoming brownish indicating that the dosa is ready turn carefully on the other side ..this is optional..however I wanted it crispy ..so cooked on the other side too this proportion will give you easily 6 to 7 small dosas
