isabgol 1 tsp

Step-1
Grind Paneer and Hung curd
Step-2
add water to make it batter like consistency
Step-3
add salt and veggies of your choice
Step-4
add isabgol purely for binding so that the dosa doesn't break
Step-5
heat the tawa ,once heated on medium flame pour the batter
cover the tawa with a glass lid since the batter will splutter
you will see the base becoming brownish indicating that the dosa is ready
turn carefully on the other side ..this is optional..however I wanted it crispy ..so cooked on the other side too
this proportion will give you easily 6 to 7 small dosas
