Ingredients for keto cauli salad
- › 100gm cauliflower florets
- › 50gm paneer cubes
- › Salt
- › 1/2 Black pepper powder
- › 1/2 Cumin powder
- › 2 TSP Lemon juice
- › 10ml Olive oil
- › 1/2 TSP Lemon zest
- › 4-5 Black olives
- › 1 Medium onion(sliced)
- › 1 Medium tomato(sliced)
- › chopped coriander leaves
- › 4-5 Arugula Leaves or Basil leaves (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the Airfryer to temp 200c for 4 mins.
2. Arrange the cauliflower florets in fryer pan for 5 mins on 180c.
3. For salad dressing take a mixing bowl add lemon juice,olive oil,lemon zest ,salt,cumin powder and black pepper powder.combined well and keep aside.
4. In a another bowl add roasted cauli florets,onions, tomato,olives, coriander leaves,Arugula Leaves,paneer cubes and salad dressing.Mix all ingredients well.
