Keshar Pista Lassi.
- 1 Cup Curd ( Dahi/ Yogurt ), ( Low fat )
- 1 tbsp Sugar, or honey
- 1/4 Cup fresh cream
- 3 -4 saffron strands ( keshar )
- 1 tbsp Pistachios ( Pista )
- Ice cubes, a few
Step1 . To begin making kesar pista lassi recipe, add the dahi , pista, saffron , cream and sugar into a mixer gurinder.
Step2 . Blend to make a delicious kesar pista Lassi. It's your personal preference if you would like the lassi to be smooth or little chunky.
Step3 . Once done transfer to he kesar pista lassi into a serving glass add a few ice cubes and garnish with saffron strands and serve The kesar pista lassi chilled for the summers.
Step4 . Serve the kesar pista lassi recipe along with Peshawari Naan, Malai Kofta For a special weekend lunch or dinner.
