1.Heat ghee and add pre soaked rice cardamom and sauté till moisture dries up

2.meanwhile make sugar syrup with water

3.Add milk in rice,dry fruit finely chopped and cook till milk dries up

4.Add sugar syrup and cook on simmer flame

5.wen moisture dries up.Sprinkle saffron water and some strand and mix well

6.turn off flame & let it rest for 5 min before serving
