Cardamom-3-4 pods powdered
Kesar/saffron-10-15strands
Eryithrit-6-8tsp(depends on how sweet you want it to be)
Warm milk-1 tbsp (0.34:0.24:0.24)

Step-1
Add quark into a bowl.Beat well.
Step-2
Crush the cardamom pods and add it to the beaten quark.
Step-3
Add eryithrit. Mix well.
Step-4
Add saffron to milk, let it stay a min or two.
Step-5
Add the saffron milk to the quark mixture.
Step-6
Your healthy protein packed shrikhand is ready to serve.
