- Cardamom-3-4 pods powdered
- Eryithrit-6-8tsp(depends on how sweet you want it to be)
- Warm milk-1 tbsp (0.34:0.24:0.24)
Add quark into a bowl.Beat well.
Crush the cardamom pods and add it to the beaten quark.
Add eryithrit. Mix well.
Add saffron to milk, let it stay a min or two.
Add the saffron milk to the quark mixture.
Your healthy protein packed shrikhand is ready to serve.
