How to make Kashmiri Dum Aloo

Step-1

Air fry boiled potato

Step-2

Heat oil,add cardamom ,jeera,red chilli whole, cloves,jeera.add red chilli powder & 1/2 cup water and let it boil

Step-3

Add curd & mix well

Step-4

Add dry ginger powder and fennel seed powder & mix.now add salt and water as per gravy requirements

Step-5

Add air fried potatoes and cover the lid & cook at low flame for 5 mins & done
