Ingredients for kari chicken & Rice
- › Coriander
- › Turmeric
- › Black pepper
- › Salt
- › Ginger garlic paste
Method
1. 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 small teaspoon turmeric 1 small teaspoon coriander Few pinch of black pepper Marinate chicken in above mentioned spices for 15-30 minutes 1 tomato + 1 onion chopped ——— Add oil in pan Add some jira and than put onion Fry for 5 min in low flame Add little bit spices and salt Add chopped tomatao and cook for 3-4 min in low flame Add marinated chicken Cook on medium to low flame for 15-20 minutes
