To begin with take chicken mince place it in your mixer grinder jar and mince until smooth. Take out the chicken in a large bowl to that add ginger, garlic, green chili paste, add roasted gram flour, half an egg, finely chopped coriander leaves and salt. Mix all the ingredients well to combine and make balls of the mixture, air fry for minutes at degree and keep aside.
Take a karhai and heat it. Once kadai is hot add ghee, whole tomatoes (make sure to remove the eye of the tomato) ginger garlic paste and green chilies. Cook till the tomato is soft. Now add the spices and salt and mash the tomatoes. Mix it well and cook in low heat till masalas are cooked. Now add Kofta and cover and cook for few more minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and roasted coriander powder and serve with steam rice or chapati.
