Ingredients for Kale with Soyabean/nutrella
- › 10gm oil/ghee 60gm fresh kale 50gm soya 1 tablespoon chopped onion n tomatoes 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt n regular Indian spices
1. 1. Soak soya in hot water 10min. Then press n drain excess water off 2. Take a pan n start heat 3. Add oil, garlic, cumin, onion and tomato 4. Turmeric, chili powder salt as per taste 5.add chopped kale n soya.. 6. Mix, cover n let it cook for 5 to 8 mins 7. Switch off heat n Add lemon juice 8. Ready to eat
